Aluminium Pie Cuts - 3 Pack (45°)
This pie cut pipe set is precision cut on a laser CNC machine for a perfect fit with incredibly tight tolerances, using the highest grade aluminium. Which when TIG welded together allows for the complex and beautiful look we all associate with pie cuts.
This kit set includes 3 x 15° pieces make a bend of up to 45°.
These pie cuts allow for much tighter and more complex bends than standard mandrel bent pipe.
We recommend welding these pie cuts with 1.6mm 4043 aluminium filler wire, using a TIG welder, set to AC with 70% cleaning action, a 2.4mm 2% lanthanated Tungsten and a number 5 gas lens cup.
