Titanium Pie Cuts - 6 Pack (90°)
This pie cut pipe set is precision cut on a laser CNC machine for a perfect fit with incredibly tight tolerances, using the highest grade 2 Titanium. Which when TIG welded together allows for the complex and beautiful look we all associate with pie cuts.
This kit set includes 6 x 15° pieces make a bend of up to 90°.
These pie cuts allow for much tighter and more complex bends than standard mandrel bent pipe.
We recommend welding these pie cuts with 1.6mm GR2 titanium filler wire, using a TIG welder, set to DC, a 2.4mm 2% lanthanated Tungsten and at minimum a number 12 gas lens cup.
